By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the Site in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement. You agree not to add any content to the Site that: You do not have the necessary rights, licenses, or consents for; Would violate any law, regulation, rule, code, or legal obligation of yourself or us; Is or could be considered obscene, inappropriate, defamatory, disparaging, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, threatening, abusive, likely to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, blasphemous, breaches confidence, or invades privacy; Would bring us or the Site into disrepute; or Infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of any person. You acknowledge and agree that: We maintain full editorial control over the Site and reserve the right to alter, amend, or cease its operation at our discretion; The Site may not operate continuously and may be unavailable from time to time, including for maintenance purposes.

Any order placed through this site constitutes an offer to purchase one or more products. Upon receipt of a valid order, we will confirm acceptance by email, indicating that the order is received and being processed. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we suspect it is intended for resale. Your order will be delivered via Courier Post NON-signature service. Neither Tomorrow nor Courier Post accept responsibility for non-signature items lost or stolen from the delivery site. Track and Trace details will be emailed once your order is dispatched. Access this information online at www.courierpost.co.nz with the provided tracking code. Please notify us within 5 days of any non-delivery or damage to your order. Orders cannot be altered once the order confirmation email has been sent. Please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to accept the order. For business addresses, include the business or building name. Gift vouchers are physical products delivered to the provided address and are redeemable online and in-store. Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery, and insurance within New Zealand only. Insurance ceases upon delivery. Standard 1-4 working day delivery begins upon receipt of payment for New Zealand residents, provided payment is received before 2pm on weekdays.

Unless otherwise noted (e.g., sale pricing), product prices at Tomorrow reflect full retail prices suggested by manufacturers or suppliers, or estimated according to standard industry practices. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order, notifying you accordingly. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). Your credit card details are not processed or transmitted through our site but through a secure payment service provider, DPS. All transactions are encrypted for security. We do not retain your credit card details. We reserve the right to place any order on hold and conduct necessary checks, including bank checks, in cases of suspected fraudulent use of our site or personal/payment details. We may cancel transactions following such checks.

In store Purchase Return - We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of purchase date, provided products are in original condition, packaging and with all labels and tags attached. Swimwear, underwear, and sale items (unless faulty) are excluded. Refunds are issued for returned full-price items meeting the above conditions, accompanied by a completed Returns Form and Proof of Purchase. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless faulty. Faulty Product - If a purchased item has a manufacturing fault, we will cover repair costs. Outside warranty or due to wear and tear, repairs may be at customer expense.Unrepairable products may be replaced with a similar product or refunded at the customer's preference. Online Purchase Return - Pack products securely in original packaging and send via a parcel carrier with tracking. Retain shipment receipt until receiving replacement, credit, or refund. Complete the Online Returns form and include it with returned items to our Return Address. Returns of eligible items for exchange or refund are accepted upon meeting our return policy. Online and in store gift cards are non-returnable and non-redeemable for cash. Risk - The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Consumer Guarantees Act - Rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may apply to purchased products and are not excluded or limited by these terms. Fair Trading Act - The Fair Trading Act 1986 protects consumers against misleading promotions or sales practices in goods and services.

By registering, you provide contact and demographic information used for communication purposes. To unsubscribe, use the email unsubscribe function. You can update personal details and request information correction or deletion. For any queries or further information, contact us. Tomorrow loyalty reward vouchers may only be sold by Tomorrow. We reserve the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time. Tomorrow loyalty reward vouchers can only be redeemed once and points cannot be earned on sale or discounted items. If you return any items purchased with a voucher, the voucher amount cannot be refunded and will be transferred into store credit or a new voucher. Tomorrow Loyalty may be altered solely Tomorrow management. Changes will be notified to all account holders via email. We will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost due to these changes. We have the right to cancel your account at any time without reason.
